A planner will already have a list of established vendors & suppliers and should be able to negotiate trade prices or add on services that will just not be available to you. Absolutely not, while this was the case in the formative years of Vivaah Weddings, the owner, Arun Bablani, is after all of Indian descent and is extremely knowledgeable in the customs, traditions and regional nuances of a South Asian wedding. The style of multi day events, which is now part and parcel of a destination wedding appeals to couples whatever their believe system is. Their aspiration is to have three or more days of celebration to mark their marriage and for everyone to leave with memories to last a lifetime.

Our services are customized to suit your preferences and requirements. Hence, our pricing depends on various factors. We charge a one-time professional fee for our services with no hidden or extra costs. Our prime focus is to deliver the Ultimate Wedding Experience keeping in view your budgets and expectations. Hence, you can be rest assured that your wedding arrangements shall be the best while leaving you with a lot saved in your pocket.

The simple answer is yes. We will ask you to make sure that they can meet our high standards of service and will happily work with them and take over the management of them to ensure a smooth flow of events.

It is always unfortunate if our couples have to change their plans. For postponements, we will for a small administration fee, honour your contract. New dates must be set within twelve months and is subject to our availability. Additional fees may apply if you change your destination. For cancelations you will forfeit your deposit and only be liable for work completed. For Vendors and suppliers, in both instances we will flag their payment terms to you prior to you signing any contracts and will work with you to secure any refunds due or reschedule dates.

Force majeure clauses are contractual provisions allocating risk and providing defence for non-performance when circumstances beyond the contracting parties’ control make contractual obligations impracticable or impossible. While no one can guarantee 100% refunds, any reputable company will work with your vendors to minimise the financial impact to you.

The final selection will always be made by you. It’s a given in our industry to work late nights and weekends so wherever you are based video chats can be arranged at your convenience. We are also committed to aligning our business and quality procedures with internationally recognized wedding industry standards. You with receive regular Progress Reports to keep you updated, along with a WhatsApp group to provide more instantaneous interaction with our team. We believe that RSVP is a highly specialized service, especially when dealing with 500 + guests. We have a number of company’s we can recommend who will take on the role from Save the Date, arranging visas, tracking flights, working with hotels on rooming requirements as well as alerting all food vendors of any guests’ dietary requirements. Any company we use will also be part of the hospitality desk at the hotel to ensure a smooth and quick check-in. A key component of guest management, they provide your guests with a 5* service.

We ask all vendors and anyone involved in your wedding to sign an NDA. We can, if required also arrange security and alert local police. Having previously managed a number of high-profile events & weddings, we understand and would work with you to ensure protocols are adhered to.

In our world, small does not mean you are not looking for a stylish, elegant or even an out of the box affair. Smaller gives you options that a guest list of 250+ cannot. Large or small we aim to make your celebration the very best it can be.
